• Vixen Lash Co.  is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed items during transit with USPS.
• If a package is returned to us, we will issue a full refund once the returned order is delivered to our facility.

• International Orders: 10–15 business days

• Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
