Tia Jones is the CEO and founder of Vixen Lash Co., an education brand rooted in precision, artistry, and unapologetically high standards. After leaving property management in 2020, she built Vixen Lash Co. into a training powerhouse known for her one of a kind custom lash designs tailored to each client’s unique features. Tia’s mission has always been to elevate the industry by teaching artists to move beyond “copy and paste” work and into true customization.
In 2026, she expands that mission with the launch of her lash product line engineered specifically for artists looking to enhance their custom artistry with tools that match their skill. Through elite 1:1 trainings, advanced mentorship, and now high-performance products, Tia continues to raise the standard of lash artistry.
